How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, then select RetroKeeper to cancel or change your plan.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open RetroKeeper, go to your profile, and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please send a request to support@retrokeeper.co. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request.
Why are game valuations different from other sites?
RetroKeeper estimates are based on real-time eBay listing data. Values may differ from other sources as they use different data sets and methodologies. Our estimates should not be considered professional appraisals.
